Helping Those in Need: TROSA Builds New Triad Campus

The Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers organization started construction on their Triad campus, after being recognized by the North Carolina Housing Agency earlier this year for its affordable housing programs in our community.

Durham-based CT Wilson Construction is the general contractor, with MHAworks serving as the project architect/engineer. The first phase of the build is expected to be completed in 2022, with the second campus adding more than 100 beds for those in need. We're delighted to announce that we recently acquired Poindexter Lumber Company in Clemmons, NC. We're proud to join forces with this fourth-generation lumber and building materials dealer to create the fifth Talbert branch. The location allows us to better serve the Greater Winston-Salem market and continue the tradition of excellent customer service that the Poindexter team has established.
